Step by step

How to use it

1
Link your WhatsApp number

In the SmartRemote dashboard, add a user and enter their WhatsApp number. This tells the device which number to accept commands from.

2
Send a command

Open WhatsApp and message your SmartRemote number. Type the command. The device reads it and triggers the switch.

3
Receive a confirmation

SmartRemote replies to confirm what happened. If the number wasn't authorised or the command wasn't recognised, it tells you that too.
